I decided to stop using this Snap and roll back to my Docker instances, since it's too important for me that this works. I will definitely try this snap again, but for now I'm rolling back.

This is a non-supervised version of Home Assistant, just the Core and as such doesn't have restore functionality. You can manually unpack the backup and store it in /var/snap/home-assistant-snap/current/ though. Don't forget to copy the hidden directories as well!
